  So I come here often, usually early morning. Tonight I got there around 7:45-8:00 I was warmly greeted and what I assume was the manager got me to a table and got my coffee and a water within a minute. It was looking great until I waited almost 15 minutes for my order to be taken, and another 30 before I finally left. There were maybe 9-10 other tables with their food in the entire restaurant. So after being seated I got a paper, read about half of it, went out, had a smoke, and waited an additional 15 minutes before I finally left. Not once did I get a refill on my water or my coffee. No notice like "Sorry for the wait it will just be a couple of minutes". Honestly if I had been given a coffee refill and maybe an offer of a small orange juice I wouldn't have left. But after an hour with a cup of coffee and a water I wondered why when I show up at 3am before work with maybe 3 people on staff I get better service than at 8pm when I see a manager, 2 servers and at least 3 cooks this couldn't get done.
